 | | Update Subscription for Resource Pools | | Anonymous resources, such as athletic courts, tanning beds, or batting cages are represented as Resource Pools in Flash Appointments.
To update your subscription to include Resource Pools
Select the Resource Pools Only Plan, unless you also want to schedule individual Staff/Resources like the private tennis lesson with a Pro in our demo:

In which case you will choose the Combinations plan with the appropriate level of combinations.
From the Welcome Screen (https://www.flashappointments.com/admin/welcome.cfm)
Choose Update Subscription
Select a Plan
Enter the Total Locations.
Enter the total number of Resources in all Resource Pools across all locations in the field Resource Pools - Total Resources.
Click the Update button in the lower right.
The screen will update to show the new settings and subscription rate.
*Note: All subscription levels are free during the trial!
