Send Unique Email Notifications per Type of Service
When you need to provide specific information to your clients depending on which service they schedule, you can use Targeted Notifications. Targeted Notifications allow you to create a unique email template for each service. They can be used to make sure that you and your client are prepared for the appointment at the appointment time, resulting in time saved and a more efficient process. Some examples for service-specific emails are:

- Request that the client bring specific documents or materials necessary for certain services
- Provide a link to forms that should be filled out prior to a new client appointment
- Provide links to specific information about each service type
- Provide unique service-specific instructions for the client to follow prior to the appointment

To set this up, follow these instructions for Setting up Targeted Email Notifications. When you are creating or editing your template, make sure to select only the service(s) for which this template is appropriate.
