It is possible to ask the client to enter the address for an appointment
Answer
You can set up an off-site service that will prompt the customer to enter an address for that service. This is set up either during or after your services have been set up (see, #10# if you have not set up your services yet). Prompting the customer for an address is accomplished by marking the service as 'Off-Site'. When a client hits the Confirm button for an off-site appointment, they are presented with a short address entry window that they must complete before the appointment is submitted for confirmation (see image below). To set this up, once your services are set up:

Go to the Administrator
Select the Service tab on the top left
Select a service name from the Service Detail list
Click the Edit button at the bottom
Check the box marked 'Off-Site'
Click the Save button.
