Receptionist opens to a blank screen.

I can sign into The Welcome Screen as normal, but when I try to open the Receptionist the screen is completely blank.
Answer
Make sure you have the Flash Player installed in your browser. This link will show you a version number if the Flash Player is installed, or allow you to install it if necessary.
