Use the Dashboard to Suspend, Reactivate, or Terminate a Subscription
To Suspend or Reactivate a Subscription using the Dashboard, you must be logged into Flash Appointments as a Dashboard Administrator. From the Welcom Screen...
Select Update Subscriptions in the Manage Account section
From the Subscriptions list, find the subscription to suspend
Click the double arrow icon (the furthest to the right) from the list of icons associated with that subscription

To Suspend: (remember suspended subscriptions can be reactivated)
Enter a Suspend on date
Click the Suspend button

To Reactivate a suspended account:
Click the Reactivate button

To Terminate the account:
Click the Terminate button
