Creating Date Sensitive Services
If you have a service that is only effective for a certain time period, such as interviews scheduled during a conference, a limited time special offer, or a final exam at the end of the semester, you can specify a date range for that service. To do so, you can use the Service Menu Layout feature.

If you don't have your services set up yet, you can set up a multi level service menu (see Build a Multi-level Service Menu) or set them up individually (see Set up Services). Once your services are set up, you can make them time sensitive:

From the Welcome Screen, click on Service Menu Layout in the Set Up & Maintenance section:
Click on the expansion arrow in front of the service that will be date sensitive
Click on the service duration (it will be highlighted in green)
Click the Edit button
Enter a start date
Enter an end date
Click the Save button
