1) Your clients go to your website* where you have set up a link like "Schedule an Appointment" that opens the Flash Appointments Client Scheduler. 2) Your client selects a date, service, and an opening that suits his/her schedule, enters contact information and confirms the appointment. 3) A confirmation email is sent to your client and to the staff member providing the service. 4) A reminder email is sent to the client the day before the appointment. *It is not required that you have a web site, though it is recommended.
