How Do I Cancel (Delete) an Appointment?
To delete an appointment
Open the Receptionist / Manage Schedules application
Select the appointment

An appointment can be selected in 2 ways
1) When you know the date, time, staff, client
Click the date on the calendar,
Click the button representing the appointment by locating the staff and scanning right to the appointment time
The details of the selected appointment are shown in the Appointments panel, blue upper left
Click the Delete button in the Appointments panel

2) When you know the client, date, time
Select the client name in the Clients panel, green upper right
Click the History button at the bottom of the client list
A popup appears showing all the client appointments
Select the appointment you wish to delete
Select one or more appointments you wish to delete
(Use SHIFT+Click / CTRL+Click to choose multiple appts.)
Click the Delete button at the bottom of the popup window.

Be careful! Deleting appointments cannot be undone.
