How Do I Reschedule an Appointment?
To reschedule an appointment
Open the Receptionist / Manage Schedules application

Select the appointment in one of two ways:

1) When you know the date, time, staff, and client
Click the date on the calendar,
On the time grid, find the staff name, scan right to the appointment time.
Click the colored bar representing the appointment.

2) When you know the client, date, and time
Select the client name in the Clients panel on the upper right
Click the History button below the client list
A pop up appears showing the appointments of the selected client
Select the appointment you wish to change
Click the 'Go To' button on the bottom of the popup
Close the client appointments popup

The details of the selected appointment are displayed in the Appointments panel on the upper left
Click the Edit button in the Appointments panel under the calendar
Select a new date and/or time for the appointment
Click the Save button
