Can I set a time limit on when a client can cancel their appointment?
Answer
To set the minimum amount of time for a client to cancel their appointment:

Go to the Administrator
Select the Business tab on the top left
Select the Edit button on the bottom left
Three quarters down the left panel is the Min Cancel Booking field
This is the minimum time, before an appointment, that a client can cancel online
Set the days, hrs, mins fields for a total amount of time
Click the Save button
