|To add a Location|
First make sure your subscription supports the number of locations you need.
See Update Subscription to check the number of locations or update your subscription.
Go to the Welcome Screen (https://www.flashappointments.com/admin/welcome.cfm)
Select Manage Locations
(This option is only enabled if you are subscribed for more than 1 location)
Click the Add button on the left panel.
In the right panel...
Enter a label for the location
Enter a color code (see, Color )
(Optional) Enter an address.
Click the Save button.
Set up your staff schedules or resource groups to be location specific. See Location - Make staff schedules location specific
