Require Client Login Option
You may choose to require your clients to log in. This option is recommended only if you want to truly restrict access to the scheduler. Client logins are assigned, and updated in the Administrator as described below. (There is not a client self-registration feature.)

OR you can import your clients and include the client username and password. See Client Import for details.

To require Client Login

Go to the Administrator
Select the Client tab top left
Select the Logins tab top right
Check the box labeled Require Client Log On

To Add Clients:

Click the Add button under the Client Detail window on the left panel
Enter the client details (Last name, First name, Phone number(s), Email, and any notes
Click the Save button at the bottom of the left panel

To create Client Login Name and Password:

Select the client's name from the Client Detail list on the left panel
In the right panel...
Click the Add button
Enter a login name in the field Login Name
Enter a password in the New Password field
Reenter the password in the Confirm New Password field
Press the Save button
