Appointment Cancellation - By Client
A client may cancel his/her own appointment within the timeframe specified by the Min Cancel Booking setting for the account. (Found in the Administrator - Business tab).

Access the Review Appointments screen in 2 ways:
1) click the link in the confirmation email, or
2) go to the client scheduler and select Review Appointments on top right.

Provide the appointment confirmation number given in the email
Enter the email address provided when the appointment was booked.
(The Review Appointments screen lets the client review details of any existing appointments.)
The client may select an appointment and if the account is set up to allow it, click the Cancel Appointment button to cancel the appointment.
