 | | Seasonal Accounts | | Flash Appointments allows you to cancel your account, then reactivate it again within 12 months with no loss of information. This is perfect for customers who have seasonal needs like accountants and schools.
When you are finished with the season simply cancel the account. Remember your username and password. Then, when you are ready to begin the next season just log in. You'll be given the option to Reactivate the account.
To cancel the account:
Go to the Welcome Screen https://www.flashappointments.com/admin/welcome.cfm
Click Update Subscription
Click Cancel Account at the bottom
To activate the account:
Go to the Welcome Screen https://www.flashappointments.com/admin/welcome.cfm
Click the Reactivate button
