Define a test's Duration (Testing Centers)
Tests must be set up for a specified length of time. The total time of the service duration must be evenly divisible by the Appointment Interval. The Appointment Interval is a very important setting on the account. It is the smallest unit of time recognized for the account. All service durations, business hours and staff hours are defined in multiples of the Appointment Interval. (See Administrator Business tab).

From the Welcome Screen, Select Service Menu Layout
Select the test so it is highlighted
Click the Add button and select the Duration option.
Enter the test Duration in minutes
(Optional) Lead Time - amount of time in minutes to block off for the seat availability before the client arrives, to prepare the seat for the test
(Optional) Post Time - amount of time in minutes to block off after the client leaves to reset the seat
(Optional) Enter a price. Enter 0 (zero) to omit a price.
(Optional) Enter a start date, if the test is offered for a limited time, this is the first date of the date range for which the test is offered
(Optional) Enter an end date, if the test is offered for a limited time, this is the last date of the date range for which the test is offered




Click the Resource Assignment button
Check the names of Resource Groups that support this test.
Click Save to complete the Resource Assignments



Click Save to save the Duration definition
