Set up Services
In the Administrator, choose the Services option from the green menu on the top left.
If you want to organize your menu into categories of service see Build a Multi-level Service Menu for details on setting up folders.

Each service has 2 parts, the Service and one or more Duration options. For example, "Swedish Massage" may have at 50 minute $65 option, and an 80 minute $120 option.

To create services
Go to the Welcome Screen (https://www.flashappointments.com/admin/welcome.cfm)
Choose the Administrator (flash free)
Open the green menu icon on the top left.
Choose Services
Select the folder you want to add services to (i.e. Service Menu Top)

Step 1.
Open the Add option in the green footer menu
Choose Service (a popup will appear)
Enter a Menu Label - the name as it appears in the scheduler
(Optional) Enter a Description
(Optional) Services are Public by default. Check "Private" if you want it to be available only for internal, Receptionist users.
Enter the Service Type Full Name - the name as it appears in emails.
(Optional) Check the Client Info box
AND fill in the Client Info Prompt to ask the client for additional information. The response is stored in the Notes field of the appointment. Example: "Enter your zip code:"
Select Save
