| Scheduling Appointment Outside Normal Business Hours | | Question | | Is it possible to add an appointment outside the normal hours of operation? | Answer | To add appointments outside of regular business hours you must extend your business hours through the desired appointment time, then adjust a staff member's hours for the corresponding time. This same method works for setting up overtime hours.
If the hours you want to be available are not within Business Regular Hours:

Then for the staff member that will handle the appointment, or work the overtime:
