Can I set a time limit on when a client can cancel their appointment?
Answer
Yes. The Client Minimum Cancellation setting determines the minimum amount of time before an appointment that a client can cancel the appointment.

To set it:

Go to the Administrator
Select the Business Settings option the top left
Select the Client Scheduler Settings section
Click Edit on the bottom
It is the 3rd setting defined in days + hours + minutes.
Update settings and Save.
