| Location - Make staff schedules location specific | | Go to the Receptionist. Select the Schedule Staff button on the top right. Select the 'regular hours (Sun-Sat)' option. Select the staff name (for multi-staff accounts only): + IMPORTANT: You must select a staff even if the staff name is already showing. + (Click the black triangle next to the staff name to open the drop list. Now select + a name from the drop list. The Edit button is enabled once a name is selected.)
Click the Edit button below the schedule grid. Select the location you want to add hours for. Select the hours during which the staff person may be scheduled for appointments. (The selected hours will appear in the color code for the current location.) Repeat for each location. Click the Save button on the bottom. | | Back to Search Results |
