 | | Client scheduler URL | | | Question | | | What is the URL that my clients need to book appointments? | | Answer | The web address of your client scheduler can be found on the Welcome Screen for users with Administrator access. It is listed in the Set up & Maintenance section under Test Client Scheduler. You can click on the link to bring the scheduler up in its own window, then copy the web address from that window.
The URL looks like the link below, except the number at the end is replaced by your own ID. The ID is the second part of your account number found on the top right corner of the Welcome Screen in bright green. So if your account number is 1234-xxxx your client scheduler link would be:
https://www.flashappointments.com/client/launch.cfm?busId=xxxx
